Mandatory Competitor Meeting & Weigh-ins

Friday May 11th, 2012, Time; 6:30 pm., Location to be posted shortly

Prejudging

11 am for Pre-Judging
5 pm for Finals
Doors open 30 minutes prior to each event.

Polygraph Testing

May 8th (Tuesday) to May 11th (Friday)

Any athletes in the Edmonton area that would like to complete their polygraph ahead of time can make special arrangements with Ken and Leslie Donaldson. The dates are Friday May 4 and Monday May 7 (Edmonton). Further contact details will be provided in email to athletes 4 weeks prior to competition EVERY athlete MUST complete (and PASS) a polygraph test to be eligible to compete

Please Note: Out of town athletes have first dibs on Thursday and Friday appointment times for polygraph testing, as long as they book prior to two weeks in advance. Otherwise the days will be opened up to all competitors.

After Party

INBF Canada is excited to announce the official after party. Open to anyone who wants to purchase a ticket at PrimeBoxOffice.com either online or at the box office Saturday May 12th. Will have all you can eat buffet & a DJ in house. After Party starts at 9pm and goes to 1pm. Location is just across the hall from the MacEwan Conference center in 'The Den & Black Lounge'. Not open to Minor's under 18. Seating is limited.
